    iisa na lang pala ang bfast mo and POW kse sa morning ka nag gym.

    Kaya hirap ako ubusin eh solid meal of lunch ang kasunod after workout ko. Kaya yung POW eh napupuno agad ang tyan ko. So, like I said, 1-scoop whey with Gatorade na lang ang POW ko and I will continue with my pre na whey serving.

    van_wilder, kelan ka nag start ng 3500-5000 calories? Saka anong source ng calories mo? Baka naman last week ka lang nag start ng 3500-5000 calories tapos naghahanap ka na ng visible outcome. Wait at least 3 months to see if there is any difference. Sana nag measure ka before your diet para accurate ang measurement ng gains mo after 3 months. Thats what I did, I measured every body part so I can compare. Pictures are not enough.

    2-weeks na ata ako ganito... from 135lbs to 142lbs... nagflufluctuate naman eh... although most days ganito ako may days pa naman na 2500-3000 calories ako...

    ano yun POW?

    so in two weeks you gained 7lbs? Thats a very good gain. Did you scale yourself at the same time of the day the last time you weight yourself? Did you use the same scale?

    Sunday at 3pm ang ideal time ko para tignan ang weight ko. Because Sunday mid-day, muscles are fully rested, stomach is empty but not hungry, whole body is relaxed and Im using the same scale.

    Remember, ectos goal is to gain weight and muscle then...maintain it that way.

    POW is also known as POst Work-out meal.

    Btw, what's the difference between micronized creatine and creatine monohydrate? which is better? thanks!

    Micronize and Creapure is better than just plain creatine. To summarize, same concept but Creapure and Micronized is absorbed faster into our system and is more pure.

    Dude what do you think is the best brand of creatine to compliment ON whey? Bili na kasi ako this week, meron na ko nakita, weider creatine monohydrate, 100 servings P1,300.. Any other bang for the buck brand?

    Just like theveed, I take 'em orally. Para hindi nasasayang kada particles nya kapag hinalo sa ibang liquid or food. Buti Micronized ang creatine ko, smooth sa lalamunan, hindi gumuguhit

    Kung mag POW ka, take the creatine first at gawin mong pantulak ang POW meal mo. Kung creatine lang ang titirahin mo, hugasan mo ng Gatorade. Powder gatorade mixed with water ang mas mainam na pangtulak sa creatine kse mas mabilis ang transport due to Gatorade powder's dextrose.
