    Alternative yung mga stone/rock frying pans

    Among metals less harmful ang stainless na 18/10 magnetic pans.

    Sa rice cooker hindi na ako gumagamt ng aluminum and teflon coated. Yan aluminum bwisit linisin yan kitang-kita yung aluminum kumukupas talaga eh sponge lang gamit. Eh just imagine pag nagboboil na yung kanin.

    I just realized, those things might not work with induction​ cooker. Am I right?

    yung mga old model hindi

    Pero yung mga bago ngayon nakaindicate sa box na induction ready.

    sobrang hirap ba mag-maintain ng cast iron yung lodge brand or tramontina?

    medyo mahirap, I didn't have the "oils" to seal the iron. kalawang na yun lodge ko. its a lot of work too with the oven. I bought a nonstick heavy bottom grill pan to replace the lodge for the steaks.

    any vegetable oil daw pwede so sana coconut oil pwede gamitin pang preseason.

    cast iron pa rin kasi maganda magluto karne and mas safer compared sa ibang metal.

    ang non-stick ko lang eh mga ceramic coating. No to teflon coating.

    Nakakita na ba kayo all ceramic fry pan?

    why not stainless steel? i have stainless steel. its the best cookware imo
