Ano po yung mas maganda?

while the concentrator appeals to my geeky side, i have some questions:

-- does the concentrator need some PM, e.g. cleaning/changing filters and stuff?
-- malakas ba sa kuryente?
-- do i need to use some sort of surge protection/power line conditioning for it?
-- how serviceable is this?
-- ano brand yung maganda?


Asking on behalf of a relative po. Medyo masakit yung initial cost but i think this can lessen the stress somewhat...then mag iwan na lang sila ng isang tank for backup.
