July 29th, 2017 10:03 PM #1on a serious note...the ketogenic lifestyle saved my life and helped me lose a 100lbs...its good at melting fat away...ang issue ko lang is yung main 3 lifts(bench, squats and deadlift) suffered...for overall health...nothing beats keto with intermitent fasting. lowest weight in keto was 193lbs at 13-15%body fat....now im 205*16.2% body fat..konti lang difference...kaya ill stay here muna at this weight..heres my body analysis
