April 2nd, 2018 09:15 PM #3Yes i know.....ako lang at mother ko are not diabetic/hypertensive..all of her 7 siblings are diabetic, even my late father was diabetic and all his siblings also, i do believe in when you eat..i will not eat without working out...

April 2nd, 2018 09:30 PM #5My doctors took me off maintainance meds years ago after i lost weight...its not worth it being heavy...you may be strong but it takes a toll to your cardiovascular system..

April 2nd, 2018 10:37 PM #7Babalik na naman tayo sa sugar and cholesterol...the problem is not cholesterol which our body needs to create hormones...its sugar...notice when people take statins, theyll have erectile dsyfunction plus have a higher chance of having alzheimer's disease, the prime ingredient of testosterone is cholesterol and when you take statins, you are killing your brain, which is made up of cholesterol.
