Nope. I have recognizable birthmarks. I also have deep surgical scars (slices and tube holes) from the lung problem I had years ago. Besides, there's not much to see. Maybe when I was younger like in that photo I posted of me n my dad (the one you commented on). I had more bulk then because I was still in a base varsity soccer team and followed a mandatory workout routine. Now? I do just enough to stay healthy.

BTT: I did 30 mins on the treadmill today but because I am scared that I might have a heartattack, I just walked really slow on incline, I did not break a sweat tuloy. Useless 30 mins

What I don't understand is even when I have normal BP already, I still feel lightheaded That is what is scaring me. Also my blood sugar is borderline.
Even if your blood pressure is normal, you're still out of shape. Walking is fine. A brisk walk is recommended. But, you can walk slow if you want. You just have to make the walks longer. If you get lightheaded, slow your pace even more or stop at that point. You don't want to get dizzy or collapse.

Your body is telling you what pace it can handle. If it can't handle much? So be it. You cannot expect quick results. Stick with a short/slow pace until the bouts of lightheadedness subside. Eventually, you'll get back in shape.

6hrs? Not enough for active people, i need at least 8 after a 12-18hr shift.

From my research there as inner dark force growing in each of us by being this generation who got exposed to social media.

And you know what is really disturbing, we're all going to war soon. The probabilities are very high. Kailangan i-release natin itong info overload natin sa katawan, as well as the emotions we are feeling towards our "luckier friends like envy, jealousy, depression, apathy, etc

I have long since studied history and guess what this happened so many times before, like for example the French and supporting their psychopath leader Napoleon.

The age of enlightenment when all people were at home reading and reviving classical rome and the renaissance, the age of enljghtment paved to the industrial revolution which set the pace to weapons of mass destruction, hence world 1 and 2.

I think something is really brewing. And it's not only with us but the rest of the world. So on this note, I will stop and not continue anymore.

War is coming soon. If it happens early, I think it would be best that we here at tsikot remember our aliases so that we can group together, You for example, with that muscular body, I will need you. You can carry bigger guns.

I think it's time for us to let this phenomenon be known. The war of the future has no nations, it will be people turning against each other because of this facebook thing.

i can help you all solve that hypertension thingy that the millennials are experiencing, but first dont laugh coz this is true it happened to me

Long ago I was a great tactician. I am a student of Sun Tzu, Rober Kiyosaki and that most popular 48 Laws of Power book

I noticed however na although I was succeeding in life as compared to my classmates, I was visiting the hospital more with pains that doctors cant diagnose,

Long story short, I zeroed down to the culprit. It's multitasking! We are not capable of multitasking folks.

Stop thinking, doing, planning, reading things at the ssme time, it will overload your brain hence it will not be able to control your other body functions.

I can elaborate further on this but I thing this is not a hard topic to grasp. Hope this helps

OB, you forgot to mention Peter Drucker as well as the 7 habits. I also heard that you are a six sigma blackbelt hence you have the skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions...in a split second!
