Is my observation correct that established doctors do not have or accept minimal health cards? I was browsing the doctors at SLMC and I will just go for those with the least amount of health cards accepted

UPDATE on my colleague, naglalaro sa 160/170 siya since last week, the doctor at the clinic forced him to take maintenance meds already (amlodipine). He is very pissed about it because he does not want to take maintenance. It blows my mind because he has perfect weight, flat tummy, non smoker and only 32.
