It was 120/70 na. That's my normal BP. I thought it would go up because I had a long fast walk. So tomorrow I swear I will do my treadmill. But I am still feeling lightheaded. I called 2 cardiologists and they are both on leave until the first week of September.
Make the walks a regular part of your daily routine, say at least 4x a week. How you do it depends on your schedule.

Stick with walks for now. Take it easy. Once the light-headed feeling subside then you can think about gradually increasing the tempo. My provider said the same thing to me. Be careful about overexerting yourself. I would imagine some "fit" people died because they exercised more than their body can handle.

My provider worries about me playing full-court basketball. So, I've cut back on that too. I now avoid even half-court games because it's too easy to injure my knees or ankles. I stick to basketball drills like 21 or one vs one.
