August 20th, 2019 10:18 AM #2Mali siguro pagkaintindi mo papi sa appetite suppression...ganito yan para easy to understand..when you eat..increased blood sugar, insulin spike to bring it down..if the spike is too drastic..pati yung drop ng blood sugar drastic also...kaya after every meal lalo na pag carb heavy sleepy tayo..tapos if the whole afternoon youre still sleepy...kain ka food uli kasi kala nila, lack of energy, so bili ng milk tea...then it cycles all over again...trabaho ng ACV is hindi bigla ang absorption and digestion ng glucose, para hindi mag insulin spike..layman na layman na yan papi..

you eat significantly less, you lose weight.
you exercise, the weight loss is better.
what you read, they're dieting aids or psychological crutches.
but it's still you-the-eater, who will decide.

August 20th, 2019 10:58 AM #7it worked fine with me. i just reduced my meal size. i took caffeine and crackers in between meals, to aid the hunger pangs.
i see no reason why it won't work with others.
just don't cheat in between.
if one reduced meal size, eventually the stomach would contract a bit, resulting in less food necessary for that "filling" feel.

Share ko na lang din. From approx 160lbs, nasa 140lbs na lang ako. From size 33 or 34, ngayon, size 30 na lang.
My diet is slight heavy breakfast, heavy lunch. Snack or no food sa dinner. Works for me and sustainable since mga 6 months na siguro ganito diet ko.
