I need to lose weight ASAP. I'm thinking of taking uppers so I can go without eating for 20 hrs or so
But I am afraid that my heart might not be able to take it (I have mitral valve prolapse that was diagnosed in my 20s) Although I was told it's nothing to worry about, I get palpitations all the time. Also my BP is not normal (sometimes I reach 140/90)

May 8th, 2018 01:25 PM #4Well, if weight is the issue and you need to lose water weight...dapat tangalin ang salt, drink distilled water, mag sauna at magbabad sa epsom bath salts. yun ang pinaka hardcore way...is it healthy? NO..question is fastest way..hehehe..kaya ng 10lbs less than 2 days..

They go to sauna, hot bath and then lie down with thick blankets all over the body. Then repeat.
I didn't know until then that we have lots of water in our body.
