Hard to tell who's going to win. Germany is heavily favored though because of homecourt advantage. Go Deutschland!
If France boots out Portugal, they have a good chance against Germany or Italy. Imagine beating Brazil and Portugal, confidence is key to a WC trophy.

they also beat spain...i just wonder though how long france's old legs will hold up. tsaka siguradong mamarkahan ng portugal si zidane and henry, so someone else has to step up.

Klinsmann as confident as ever
Klinsmann chose to follow his captain's 'cautious' lead by saying: "Italy are definitely one of the top teams in the world. It's not by chance that they've made it through to the semis." The coach, like his former strike partner Bierhoff, played for a number of years in Serie A and knows Italian football only too well. "We know how we've got to play, though, and we're confident," the coach concluded.
Klinsmann, who along with fellow German internationals Lothar Matthaus and Andreas Brehme, was part of a hugely successful Inter Milan team at the turn of the 90s, is going to stick with the same team that has taken him this far, with the obvious exception of the suspended Frings. This means that goalkeeper Jens Lehmann will have a back four of Arne Friedrich, Per Mertesacker, Christoph Metzelder and Philipp Lahm in front of him, with either Borowski or Kehl joining Ballack, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Bernd Schneider in the midfield. Up front, Lukas Podolski will be alongside Miroslav Klose, looking for a chink of light in the formidable Italian defence.
Germany's quarter-final win over Argentina was their first success over a big-name national side at this summer’s showpiece event, and it came against one of the tournament's favourites. Now it comes down to a decisive encounter between the two most successful footballing nations in Europe. With four sides from the Old Continent still left in the running, Germany 2006 has become a battle for continental supremacy.
"We can definitely overcome this next obstacle," smiled a confident Klinsmann. With a cauldron-style atmosphere expected in Dortmund, he has every right to believe in his team's chances
===It appears mukhang si Frings lang ang wala sa German line up.
