ANOTHER BACKJOB last FRIDAY. Again, babalik ako on TUESDAY for another backjob kay Mang MARIO!!
Yesterday, talagang inis na ako since talagang mainit ang Aircon. Went to the Specialists in EEB-AIRE in timog who specializes in Euro cars such as OPEL, VOLVO, BMW, MERCEDES.
Natawa sa trabaho nila Mang Mario. Garapal daw ang trabaho and could have been done better. Hoses were just hanging around the engine bay. Di man lang nilagay sa mga appropriate slots and clips inside the engine bay. Pangit ang mga welds and di talaga pulido ang trabaho. As if owner type jeep and FX lang ang kotse ko!!
They said defective daw yung surplus Compressor ko since it is not really pumping very strong so HILAW talaga ang lamig and that it is not consistently COLD.
Went back to mang mario and galit pa sya since maganda daw yung compressor nya!! Manloloko daw sa EEB Aire.. But I told him kung maganda yon, bakit HILAW ang lamig?
He will clean daw the system since sa tingin nya, napasobra daw ng LANGIS yung lagay nila since pag binuhusan ng water ang condenser, lumalamig sobra ang aircon...
Actually, mas mura pa ang quote ng EEB aire sa akin to help fix that STUPID aircon MM made for me...

Of course. I am back again kay M.Mario today for another BACKJOB.
Ayaw talaga lumamig ng aircon. They said napasobra daw ng lagay ng langis sa condenser kaya ayaw masyadong lumamig.
What is new? Anyway, I am sure, babalik ako bukas or anytime this week as something will go wrong again.
BTW, that aircon technician did not put the a/c hoses into their proper clips,so the rubber A/C hose is now just 1/4 of an inch near the exhaust manifold of the engine!!! So pag nagalaw ng konti, siguradong sunog yon. He said, pwede na daw yon. di naman daw importante yon.
Natatawa na lang ako talaga sa mga tao ni Mang Mario. Ang galing!!! World class Filipino Mechanics.

Kanya kanya talaga opinion when it comes to preference in aircon shop. Meron gusto mura and is not particular with the parts installed, cleanliness, convenience etc. basta lumamig lang aircon. Meron naman mitikuloso and is willing to spend for orig parts, convenience, cleanliness, warranty etc. At meron din naman na gusto casa quality pero backyard price. The best is for people to understand how the aircon works, the function of each components and the principle behind it. Only then can you make an intelligent decision as to where to bring your car for service at the price you are willing to pay. We operate a popular brand aircon service shop. If you guys would like to understand more about your car's A/C, I can have a short seminar arranged for Tsikot members no strings attached. Intention is not to advertise our shop but to help fellow car entusiasts in understanding their vehicle. We do this seminar to backyard shops regularly to uplift the level of aircon servicing of the industry. If you guys can organize a group, I can schedule a seminar which would take about two hours. Sagot ko na merienda.

What most people actually want is a shop that knows what they are doing with a reasonable LABOR charge.
Basta wag lang TAGA maningil and mahusay ang trabaho, OK na.

subukan nyo rin bili ng reference books sa National Bookstore. there are two good reference books on car a/c, maikli lang sya, used in vocational schools for a/c techology courses (yata). kalimutan ko lang yung author ng book. basta red yung cover nung isa, yung isa naman silver, both paper bound. very practical yung discussions, not much technical mumbo jumbo. helped me a lot in trouble shooting my a/c problem, and arming me with info so pagdating ko sa shop ni mang mar, kinausap ko agad yung technician na na assign sa 'kin to let him know (or make him feel) that I understand something about a/c systems (kahit galing lang sa libro hehehe).
