March 13th, 2006 12:32 PM #1734sa mga experts, ask ko lang kung kaya ng buffing yung scratch about 5mm? during carwash ko kahapon, tinamaan ng nozzle ng water spray yung door passenger side. medyo malalim kasi feel ng fingernail, pero di pa naman kita metal. if di na pwede buff ano pwede remedyo?thanks.

to a certain extent, you can only improve the appearance of the defect. maybe, lessen the scratch (and its visibility) but sometimes you have to cut your losses and either live with it or have it spot painted na lang.

mga detailing experts, help naman sa problem namin. my brothers 2 week old car had a yellowish stain on the hood. a few days ago, nakita ko na merong parang very very small brown thing sa hood niya (parang galing sa puno). after its first carwash this morning, natanggal yung parang kahoy na maliit pero nagkaroon ng yellowish stain. the carwash/detailing shop tried to use clay to remove it, pero di man lang natanggal or nabawasan yung stain.
i attached a pic para may idea kayo what i am describing.
thanks.

ano ba yan? tree sap?
kung hindi nakuha ng claying, try to go a bit higher in the abrasiveness scale.. but don't take out the big guns (Rubbing Compound, wet sanding) yet.
baka makuha pa sa tiyaga..
