has anyone of you guys experienced a knocking sound on your front suspensions? I had full detailing of my xty last weekend, and coincidentally, after the cleaning of the under chassis, I noticed that a knocking sound appeared whenever I go over humps and does a quick turn.

I brought my xty yesterday for 15K PMS and had the knocking sound checked. Luckily, it went away due to the tightening of bolts and stuff of the xty. But Nissan Gallery didnt exactly find the source of the knocking sound. Good thing the tightening fixed it so no cost to me.

I was just wondering why a 9 month old SUV worth P1M will experience a knocking sound on the suspension so early.

Guys, if you are interested to get a set of stainless kicking plate, I got mine on sale at Nissan Gallery for P4,500. Used to sell at P7500.

It protects the plastic from being scratched and stained by shoes and stuffs. Plus its nice looking.

kakainggit, ang tataas na ng mileage nyo. yung xty ko nakuha ko ng Jan. 2004. nxt wk, 5k check-up pa lang.

yourman - i also had the same experience in my xty that is just 3 months old... i had it checked during my 1k pms... luckily nawala naman

btw, yung kicking plate ba sa nissan lang available? wala ba sya sa labas? baka kasi mas mura sa labas..
