If you are used to an L300 - the Fortuner's ride would seem like heaven. Hehe.

Did I read it right? White & Silver mas maliit tignan? That's the complete opposite! Anything light colored, vehicles or clothes, will appear bigger. Kaya nga pag gusto mo pumayat tignan, it's suggested you wear darker clothes...
Black doesn't make the Fortuner bigger, it just makes it look matured and classier... That is why black is a favorite limo service color. Black is also a classic color that will always be in fashion. Hence the common fashion phrase, "Pink (or any color) is the new Black!".
Kaya lang, Black is a high maintenance color for a vehicle. Kitang kita ang water stains, swirl marks and dust.
Hmmm... Comparing it to the old L300... If the NVH of the L300 was 10 and the Camry 1, the 3.0V Fortuner would be a 4 while the 2.7G Fortuner would be a 3.Last edited by vicoyski; September 8th, 2005 at 12:38 AM.

even with the expeditions, I find the darker ones bigger-looking/meaner-looking and classy too. particularly yun navy blue or black. been seeing too many fortuners on the road lately, iba talaga dating nun black or yun brown ba yun, parang hi-end SUV from afar. but the white one/silver one looks common. i dunno, maybe it's just me.

September 8th, 2005 02:27 PM #698Bearable naman yun bouncy ride ng fortuner compared to pajero which has adjustable suspension. Pag high speed ka sa highway and hindi smooth yun road you can definitely feel it pero vibration is a lot better compared to a pajero. Pero overall sulit siya sa price...
With regards to black it will definitely make your car look bigger, pero yun tinabi ko sa pajero mukhang maliit siya in height and width pero i thought it will be bigger in size at first.
Yun lang nga medyo high maintenance siya pero since i have a driver naman and regular waxing i think will do the job since i prefer dark colors talaga. Lalo na if you put on those bling blings....
