yes when you're peeing sugar that means sobra taas na blood sugar mo

your body isn't using the carbs/sugar you're consuming it's just there in the blood

your body thinks you're not eating so it's burning stored fat for energy and you lose weight

there are several reasons why sugar will appear in the urine.

normally,
the kidney re-absorbs glucose from the urine, until the kidney's ability to re-absorb is overwhelmed.
this overwhelmed level is when the blood glucose goes beyond 180 mg % .
thus, if your blood sugar is below 180 mg %, chances are, your urine will not be positive for glucose.
