Hindi ba panahon pa ng mga nokia keypad days yung may PIN code ang sim? Diba may PUK pa nga dun sa sim pack para kapag nalock mo yung sim mo, iinput mo yung PUK mo para maunlock mo ulit yung sim.

I'm trying to register my Mom's phone using the Globe One app but it's always failed when I upload a photo of the ID and selfie. I've been trying for 30 minutes. WTF? Is there any other way or trick? I used 2 different IDs already

I think dahil cgro sa size ng capture image.
Pwd mo cgro iset quality ng image ng camera.
May size limit yung tinatanggap ng GlobeOne app.
If you are in iPhone, you can go to Camera settings, and set Format to High Efficiency.
Not sure though with Android.

Also sa ID, pwd mo iedit yan and upload lang instead of capturing live.
Pwd mo iedit para lumiit filesize niya.
Except sa selfie which requires captures from camera mismo.

Yan ginawa ko and it resolve my similar issue.

May limit lang size ng picture. Babaan mo quality ng photo gaya ng sabi ni carxynogen. Nangyari din sakin yan. Kakatapos ko lang iregister yung sim ko sa phone at sa wireless broadband nung Monday.

Thanks everyone, na register ko na sa Mom ko. Tomorrow na phone ko, naa asar ako ang pangit ko sa selfie, so I'm thinking kung hayaan ko ng pangit or I'll spend time putting on make up [emoji23]
