    europe is an arms manufacturer with not much fuel

    america is an arms manufacturer that will replenish europes requirement to defend itself from russia so it will be a bonanza for US arms manufacturers

    biggest winner will be US economy

    biggest loser will be ukraine and europes economy

    russia with secured western borders where NATO will think twice to ever antagonize again
