You don't. You use the desktop KB.

there must be a good reason why he's using a laptop there and not another monitor.

The laptop is the main computer. The large monitor is a screen extension of laptop. The reason why he is using a laptop is because the laptop is his only computer/CPU.

Sadly hindi pwede sa kin. I have to change a lot of things on my setup and it would be expensive. Dapat talaga mag plano muna before building your WFH setup.
Interesting. Pwedeng-pwede pa to sa home office ko. If my bunso asks for a faster monitor for himself then I'll inherit his current 24" IPS.

First verify that you can remove the monitor stand and when you remove it there's no protruding bar below the monitor. That's one of my problem why I can't buy this.

It's also good on zoom meetings. I realized zoom has 2 screens, 1 is the camera focused to the presenter, another screen for the slides of the presenter.

Checked the box and it is VESA compatible and wall-mountable thankfully.

As pointed out, the laptop is THE computer. The other monitor is just an extension of the laptop screen. Kind of like attaching your laptop to a projector during meetings/presentations. He then attached an external KB and mouse using USBs. I use multi-monitors at home and the office. having 2 monitors is great even before the pandemic for me. You can edit a document in one screen, edit figures or run command-line scripts/codes in another. For online meetings, one screen can be the gallery of the participants or the speaker and the chat box, the other yours or the speakers presentation.
