gov't agencies need to spend their budget if not their next budget will be smaller

"di niyo pala kailangan ng ganyan kalaki budget di niyo naman nagagastos"

kaya ayun nagmadali gastusin

"eh kailangan mag isip ng pwede gastusan dami namin pera"

Unused funds are reverted back to the Treasury and next year's budget would be put in question talaga. Magic yang P4B mawala in 2 weeks. hehe. Ghost projects.
