They carry Costco products but it's not Costco. My point is there are no international supermarket chains here in the PH unlike in other countries.

You're confusing Cosco Capital with Costco. Very different and unrelated companies.

Cosco Capital is a holding company which owns both Puregold and S&R, among other ventures.

Ito nabili ko last week buy1take1

Mustard with white wine from 300 down down down to 20pesos hahaha!! near expiry but it will last two years dahil distilled vinegar is a natural preservative.

ung totoong eat healthy di kumakain ng delata (hereford ba corned beef mo?) at lalo di umiinom ng softdrinks

if it's on a supermarket shelf it's not natural... gawa sa planta (they say eat plants not food made in plants)

May mga matitino kumpanya na maayos. I trial & error kasi mga kinakain ko.

Health kasi is so broad hindi black & white. Example I donot do well sa mga baguio vegegetables like repolyo, radish, carrots, talong. Pero im ok ampalayang-ligaw & spring onion or sa pasosy term scallion.

About sa hereford corned beef pag usapang sarap eh ok pero pag usapang health hindi. Kahit ano tagal ng luto ang hirap pa crispyhin ng lowheat. Pero si highlands corned beef na hindi masarap eh madali magcrispy.

I really trial & error.
