yung PPP projects tinutukoy ko. paanong hindi itutuloy yun kung naka budget na ng private companies yun. buti sana kung budget at project lang ng gobyerno yun, ayun pwedeng ituloy yun depende sa sino naka upo na. may projects si GMA na pina tigil ni PNoy like yung railroad yata papuntang pampanga ba yun, madami na nagastos duon sa pag papa alis pa lang ng mga informal settlers, pinatigil ni PNoy kasi madami daw anomalya yung project, pero pwede din naman dahil sa politika.

Most of the cancelled RORO ports were deemed redundant and would have been white elephants with very little use. And here we go with Yolanda again.
