    Pano kung nag stop ng rice pero may bread naman e di same lang hehehe. Pero ang lakas talaga maka bata ng keto (max 20g carbs)

    At first nahirapan ako kasi lakas ko talaga sa rice, but I got used to it, sa breakfast naman I eat wheat bread, lunch and dinner no rice and small portion ng ulam, since last year I lost 7kg.

    ako pasado ako sa sugar in the last 4 annual tests ko. pero nagbawas pa din ako ng consumption ng softdrinks, merienda in the morning/aft, and 3in1 coffee. I also reduce rice serving, pero I still have it every meal. Problema kasi sakin konti ako mag-ulam, so hindi ako mabubusog pag di ako nagkanin haha

    Yup, pareho tayo, ugaling deprived college kid pa rin ako sa pagkain ngayon, 1 small longganisa pwede ko i-ulam sa 3 rice hehe. Pero sinubukan ko rin mag brown rice, para hindi ako ganahan kumain, hirap di makatiis, balik white rice, lalo na nung nagka ayuda, ang sarap nung white rice na binigay nila.

    hahaha relate dun sa longganisa. nagugulat yung mga officemate ko dito kasi dalawang longganisa lang minsan yung baon ko, maliliit pa, tapos papapakin ko pa yung isa't kalahati . Pero sakin naman yun na eating pattern ko since bata pa.

    Baliktad ako, I eat very minimal rice, 1/4 cup lang ako every meal (measured) para lang hindi puro ulam hahaha. Brown rice kami since mid 2000s pero we switched to black rice late 2010s. Max ko na siguro 1 cup kapag masarap sa kanin ang ulam pero kapag brown or black kasi hindi ka naman mapapa rice e

    Sa sweets ako malakas, yun ang cause ng katabaan ko Parati kami may cake or pastry sa bahay and I even have my own chocolate ref

    Gulay sana pambawi, yun madami sa akin kasi 1 cup of rice na lang ako every meal. Gulay ang pampabusog ko.

    Lahat naman yata tayo malakas sa rice when we were younger. I remember in high school before soccer practice we would eat 3-4 cups of rice with only 1 ulam. Halos inaamoy na lang nga yung ulam bago sumubo ng rice.

    Better daw ang rice vs bread because it doesn't have gluten. If you have to have bread try switching to sourdough para wala na halos gluten. Healthier too, lower sugar, higher protein and is a prebiotic.
