in practice, no.
food is only a few steps away.
a few steps a day is all i am exercising.
we have a goodly supply of TV food. i have a purchasing agent.

Looks like a lot of people cooking and might as well sell it, may iba selling from produce from their province. WTF?!?! Why is my sugar 106 when my last meal was 15 hrs ago?!?! I have not even taken water or anything else

they're home testers.
literature suggests a good home tester may have an accuracy of as bad as 20% from true value.

get another strip and test again.

for more accurate values, have your blood tested at the laboratory.

Unless you are “pre diabetic” already mam.

Though tama si dr. d that a fasting blood sugar done from a reputable lab can give a more accurate test result.

Thanks, I was supposed to have my lab test done early this year, and then so many things happened - pumutok taal, outsourcing of our department and then the lockdown. Paid for na, sana they will still honor it
