They are. They make PH politics look very respectable. He He.
At least in the PH, both sides are probably discussing policy. The politicians there at least, care about their constituents. Not here. They don't care if their districts fall apart or get covered in human poopoo. It's always about Trump. Really pathetic.

Neither the GOP nor the DNC are without reproach. But between the two, I'd still go with the DNC.
The GOP (with rare exceptions) have proven time and again that they're spineless at putting 45 in check, just because the latter tows the Republican line. They don't care that the joker living at 1600 Penn Ave. is a malignant narcissist, a moron, a blatant liar, clueless, uncouth, vindictive.... just to name a few. He's in office to serve himself. He flip-flops like a teenager and has the vocabulary of a 7 year-old. In fact, a great majority, if not all, of his speeches and interviews are about himself, what he's 'done', how he is being unfairly treated, etc etc.
If any, 45's only clowning achievement was to divide the country and make them a laughing stock globally.
And Mike Pence? Leslie Nielsen will probably be better at being VP. :D

I read and listen to a blend of news and commentary from both sides. I can be swayed to the left, especially when it comes to real environmental issues. But, when the Dems tilt waaay to the far left? No thanks. I'm not following them there. If that puts me on the right? I don't care. I'm not easily budging from where my politics have been planted. The more people try to push me one way, the more I resist.

What's the worst-case scenario/ outcome here? Trump gets impeached and his supporters create chaos and civil war?
I don't see him willingly stepping down, he sees himself as infallible and views everybody else as traitors.
Or will this just drag on for years until his term actually ends?

He is committing sedition with his "civil war" narrative. He's even claiming that the opposition is conducting a coup. How could that be a "coup" when the impeachment process is being done by the book?
What this POTUS is doing is unprecedented. This "stable genius" doesn't deserve the office... not in a million years. I hope his camp realize this.
