but not really lighten skin as we understand it, melatonin-style.
scalp hair grows at about six inches per year. once out of the hair follicle, nothing we eat can improve on its appearance.
that foot-long hair we so admire or deride today, got its headstart two years ago. was he already keto-ing, two years ago?
but making peinodara does get the hair nice and healthy-looking.
folks who go into "health-improving diet" schemes usually also start looking after their outward appearance more.
hence, that "improvement" might very well be a result of this improved personal hygiene effort, rather than the effect of their new diet.

Doc naman, I don't think it's nice to assume that fat people are the way they are dahil kulang sa kuskos. I hope you're joking. Like I said, kahit lihain mo balat nyan, it won't lighten. Lalo na tulad ng sinasabi ko na buong skin ang pumuti.

Kasi kung may exercise, it makes sense na lahat ng mga dumi dumi sa skin naipawis ng husto kaya gumanda kutis.
