    Yes, that doesn't mean that men are James bond villains. The result to women's problems are just collateral damage. But still damage are being done. What patriachry is all men and women are victims of these. Don't translate it literally. It's like this, people are saying capitalism is evil, the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer, but they don't mean Manny Villar is evil, or Lucio Tan is evil, they don't have a weekly meeting on how to be evil.

    What I'm pointing out is that the patriarchy has nothing to do with it. It's mostly due to the unscrupulous business practices of companies.

    I agree though that the Kardashians are terrible role models and influencers. They're teaching women how to be dumb, basic b!tches devoid of substance.
    But at the same time, let's not kid ourselves. Weight and appearance do matter although it's not everything.

    But you agree those companies are dominated by male?

    Yes weight does matter, for health, but if women are already suffering anorexia then it's not healthy anymore. Most victims here are teens who didn't understand that those pictures of their idols they are trying to achieve are photoshopped.
