Another option would be to clean and remove those scratches by polishing it:
A plastic polisher can do the trick: Amazon.com: Novus 71 Plastic Polish Kit - 8 oz.: Automotive
Or cover those trims with vinyl wrap:
Both options will require more effort and time compared to covering the scratch-prone piano black finish trims with a CF sticker

I refrain from touching piano black finishes. They only see light-handed soft microfiber dusting. The headlamps & tails don't get touched by the body mitt, chamois nor cloth. Always clean 1s for those. Probably can't do much against UV, but we can take measures to lessen scratches & grime buildup....the main causes of cloudy yellowed headlamps.

November 15th, 2018 10:46 PM #3158Help! Got my first paint chip. It's a small round one on the hood, exposed metal. Was wondering what DIY solutions did you guys do, or if it's worth to have it fixed professionally. I also have a small ding by the front left fender (but no paint damage), so baka isabay ko kung ipapagawa ko. (did anyone have touch up repairs done sa casa?)
