Another option would be to clean and remove those scratches by polishing it:

A plastic polisher can do the trick: Amazon.com: Novus 71 Plastic Polish Kit - 8 oz.: Automotive

Or cover those trims with vinyl wrap:

Both options will require more effort and time compared to covering the scratch-prone piano black finish trims with a CF sticker

Looks a lot better. Or maybe have it wrapped instead with... Piano black? Haha kidding.

A matte black color would be much better for my personal taste [emoji106]

Is there local store selling these? I've been searching these over lazada, hard to find a trustworthy seller

    Here's an easier method:

Use an applicator pad, microfiber towel and a plastic polisher. Novus plastic polisher compound is the recommended one. Meguiar's PlastX or other headlight restorer or a toothpaste can be an equivalent polisher compound.

I refrain from touching piano black finishes. They only see light-handed soft microfiber dusting. The headlamps & tails don't get touched by the body mitt, chamois nor cloth. Always clean 1s for those. Probably can't do much against UV, but we can take measures to lessen scratches & grime buildup....the main causes of cloudy yellowed headlamps.

Help! Got my first paint chip. It's a small round one on the hood, exposed metal. Was wondering what DIY solutions did you guys do, or if it's worth to have it fixed professionally. I also have a small ding by the front left fender (but no paint damage), so baka isabay ko kung ipapagawa ko. (did anyone have touch up repairs done sa casa?)

How small is the chip? Try avoiding a respray. They won't age as well as factory finish. Use the pen instead. The ding? Go PDR, sir.

    exposed metal!
cover it asap, to prevent rusting.
    turco... touch-up paint..
    doesn't matter what color.
then bring it to the paint shop, for a more permanent fix. (re-paint!).
