My endo will not be happy I hope he doesn't make me take that test where I have to drink the sweet orange. I hate that because I have to stay in the hospital and can't go out.

Doc eh kung malakas ka talaga sa tubig? Like ako may water bottle ako sa office and i make sure na inom ako ng inom kahit di uhaw. Ergo ihi rin ako ng ihi kasi inom ako ng inom ng tubig.

I have to lose weight talaga. I have a friend who was overweight and she had hypertension and diabetes in her early 30s. She's lost weight and got thin in less than 2 yrs but still under medication. Hmmm. So totoo pala na once you are diabetic e forever na? Kaya dyaw ako takot na takot (diabetes) Ang hypertension meds kasi, even doctors have told me, may cases na pwedeng tanggalin.

Ang alam ko pag more than usual. I also drink a lot of water pero yung naramdaman ko kahapon unusual. I woke up several times to pee e usually once or none.

I use freestyle. Not sure how accurate it is

I tried using freestyle and contour one on my uncle, contour one yields 10mg/dl higher.. he will visit the doctor on monday..
