    I only get to eat at home kasi pag Saturday and Sunday Should I freeze it? Nasa ref lang pero lubog naman sa marinade

    agree pag masyadong matagal nakakababad kahit nasa ref magiiba amoy.. unless sa suka mo bababad ok lang kahit matagal..

    ^ for me, 2-3 hrs kumapit na lasa, overnight better. mahaba nman free time mo, kung Saturday ka mag-ihaw, prepare mo ng Friday.

    I just checked it. Ang dami ng nabawas sa marinade. Sinipsip na I gott too excited to try the other recipe kasi hehe

    i prito mo na lang yan [emoji39] magbabad ka na lang ulit bukas kung Sabado ka mag ihaw [emoji6] if not sa saturday mo ibabad para sa Sunday.

    yes, why not? huwag mo na isama marinade. magtutubig muna yan while niluluto. kapag natuyo na at nagstart magsizzle, add mantika then fry till brown like tapa. should be yummy[emoji39] yaya should know it[emoji6]
