I don't mind the "natural" noise of Mazda 3. The road noise, some vibration, the hum of the a/c compressor, normal suspension noises from bumps and uneven roads and the roar of the engine. What I hate is the noise that is not there in the suspension during the first year of ownership. I can't explain the noise but it feels like the car is "karag-karag" on bumpy roads. Koni updated their sought-after FSD...now called Special Active. Perfect for SkyActivs. Still retains FrequencySelectiveDamping Tech + Adjustability.
These are the ultimate stock strut replacement for the BM & BN. They refine the ride, add comfort, yet retain the stability during spirited drives.
Koni Special Active BM/BN (Petrol) Kit Part Number: 1140-8211

Read more about proven fave FSD tech, now in their Special Active...

Can't wait for the stock struts to go. A set of Konis are on standby.[emoji4]

No need to wait. Swap them out already. The OEM are good for reserve...instead of the Koni's as backup.

What size & model are you looking at? Rota now has flow formed models. They're stronger & lighter.
