PCC can't make a case that Uber's exit will harm commuters. Mas marami pa rin ang gumagamit ng MRT/Bus/Taxi. They can't claim that Grab will have a monopoly of transport services since there are alternatives which have been available for what, since time immemorial? And Grab or TNVS operators are new products in the transport market.

If PCC wants to stay relevant, tignan nila procurement policies ng gobyerno for infra and big ticket items kasi pare-pareho nalang ang mga nagpaparticipate (SM, Ayala, San Miguel, Megaworld, Megawide).
