You need to know about *kagalingan's topic and interest for you to understand. It is really a coincidence in my part because it all started with CR-V, back when I was considering it. I don't know the guy, I just find him funny, or should I say, his posts are amusing for me. To *kagalingan, no offense intended.
Sorry, but I don't think I can explain it... and now I'm almost laughing!

April 17th, 2018 10:45 AM #637Wala.
Kasi walang ngipin PCC.
Lusot na si Uber kasi revoked na franchise or authority to operate ng LTO. So, there is no legality for their continued operation.
Tapos PCC.
NB:
Parang wala rin namang authority ang PCC dito. Ang acquisition ng Grab kay Uber eh nangyari abroad (Singapore ata). Mapapahiya nanaman sila katulad nung acquisition ng Globe and Smart sa frequencies ng San Miguel.

April 17th, 2018 10:59 AM #639Ang tawag jan eh "trying to stay relevant".
PCC can't make a case that Uber's exit will harm commuters. Mas marami pa rin ang gumagamit ng MRT/Bus/Taxi. They can't claim that Grab will have a monopoly of transport services since there are alternatives which have been available for what, since time immemorial? And Grab or TNVS operators are new products in the transport market.
Stupid really. Kesyo me study study pa. They ignore the obvious.
If PCC wants to stay relevant, tignan nila procurement policies ng gobyerno for infra and big ticket items kasi pare-pareho nalang ang mga nagpaparticipate (SM, Ayala, San Miguel, Megaworld, Megawide). Now that is stifling competition because procurement TORs are tailored to suit a limited field of participants.
