    mmm, it depends on your goals..if you introduce too much carbs, the body tends to gets confuse on which is which to use for fuel..babalik na naman tayo sa if it works for you..edi ok..

    Kaya ang pagpapayat, hindi kailangan gutumin ang sarili. Basta alam mo lang ang kailangan mo na target calories per day, pero take into consideration din where are those calories from. Huwag naman puro junk food kahit na pasok sa target calories each day. Try to maintain 80% clean and 20% cheat

    Ang concern ko sa keto is if high in fat, hindi ba in the long run baka magkaproblema ka naman sa puso? Baka tumaas cholesterol? Alam ko maraming klase ang "fat" pero tingin ko lesser evil lang yun "healthy fat" pero kapag compounded, baka may long term effect din. Not sure though

    sometimes you need to watch it a few times to let it sink in....remember when we talked i told you my bp was too low when they removed my gall bladder..

    Hmm.. Informative. Im getting the idea. I stopped using MCT oil kasi medyo mataas sa saturated fat, i guess ibabalik ko na MCT ko every morning.

    I did 16 hours today (unintentionally). I ate 1 egg, 100 g chicken breast and 1/2 apple. I don't know why inantok ako bigla. So now I will eat chocolate to wake me up

    inaantok is just normal after eating...eating chocolates will just negate that 16hrs..wala din

    oh no I thought I can eat normal food when I go fasting (chocolates and other carbs such as pastries)
