Ohhh.. May bilang din pala ang lose at gain. Akala ko basta lower or higher lang. Pero may mga nabasa ako na depende parin daw sa tao ito kaya bibilangin mo kung ilan calories parin that will best work for you.
Im sorry pero yun mga diet na lumalabas ngayon, tingin ko fad lang but it if works for you, go for it.

Yeah, stick to basics at hindi pa komplikado. Ang diet dati na alam ko lang "Balance diet" nun nag aaral ako haha
Yun mga diet ngayon, dami mong kailangan sundin at tandaan.
BTT:
Just found out that my friend's 3yo daughter is a Type 1 diabetic. Takang taka sila kasi both sides walang history na diabetic.

March 2nd, 2018 05:51 PM #55may wrong connotation kasi ang word diet, some people think that is a restriction of food, basically is not, yung calorie intake ko is the almost the same pag di ako nag I.F...vitamin wise, i still take multivits, ang habol ko sa I.F is the autophagy or cleaning of dead cells then recycling new ones...btw i will only lose weight if im concious of it, like adding cardio and restricting carbs...other than that, weight is the same

March 2nd, 2018 06:01 PM #56lahat yan fad...rebranded lang, yang fasting is practiced before the time of jesus, yang keto is 1800 pa..etc etc...only one thing is constant...be mindfull of calories in calories out...4000 of meat and 4k of veggies, what the difference?( if conditions are right and you absorb each calorie), and your daily allowance is 3k only... kahit anong protocol if you dont follow this basic rule...there will be no weight loss
