free air is the cheapest route when it comes to subwoofers. you replace the backboard of your car with 3/4 inch MDF and then mount the woofers there.

hindi ka lang nga maka-boom boom masyado, but i am past that stage na. just a little more low end bass ang habol ko. tumatanda na kasi.

in my own definition ha.
AMP- papalakasin amp speaker/seps/subs mo
tweeter - yan ung mga pang high notes. kadalasan jan lumalabas ung makakalansing na sounds
stock - kung ano ung nakuha mo nung pagkabili mo.
seps - separates. may 2-way (tweeter at midbass)at 3-way (tweeter,midbass, midrange).
DLS - swedish brand.
rear fill - kung kulang ang frontstage mo or kung wala kang sub, mag rearfill ka.
MSG - di ko lam un
channel (like po un 4 channel? 6 channel..) - halimbawa may 4ch amp ka
pwede mong ipower lahat ng speaker mo using that 4 channels.
or bridge mo ung 2ch para sa front speaker mo.
RGA <-- baka RCA? yan ung magkokonek ng signal form HU to amp.
earthquake (brand po ba eto??) <---brand ng mga amp yan
Ref <-- nu yan?
Old school - mga lumang amp. eto talaga ung mga magaganda ang performance.
JBL GTo? <-- brand model. may gti, power gto, saka ung loud and clear. di ko kabisado ang jbl.
LOC <-- line out converter. kung stock ka at gusto mo mag amp, gumamit ka niyan
Head unit - stereo. jan ka magpapatugtog ng cd/cassete. jan din ung volume, eq.
MB <-- mercedes-benz or MB quart?
subs - gusto mo ng bayo? eto ang gamitin mo.
OEL - organic electrro luminiscent display
DEH - model ng pioneer HU. sample, deh-6350, deh-7550

ah,,, so kng gsto ko mkasali?! sa competition mas mganda pa un nasa box. kesa sa free air..para mas may boom-boom..?

(ai, kuya un backboard un po un likod ng backseats po noh? tska po ano po un MDF..?? :question: )

eeee,, pero mas cute po kasi tignan un free air kesa sa box.... uumummmmm... :sigh:

pagdating sa competition, primary judging ang performance over looks. pero with your budget, malabo ata na pang-competition

go with a ported box nalang kung gusto mo talaga ng todo bayo.

MDF is medium density fiberboard. it is the material used to make subwoofer boxes.

if you want boom-boom, mahirap ang freeair. kung SQ naman, it is easier kung naka-box kasi you have more control over cone movement, but if you know how to tune your system, you can do sq with freeair or any sub setup.

since you are still a beginner, i don't suggest that you think about competing, it will be such a tall order, and also very expensive. attend ka muna ng mga competition or mga EB ng kotseaudioclub so that you can talk to the owners and get a better feel for the hobby.

balak ko sana hu, amps at 3-way speakers lang. ok lang po ba na kahit walang subs? maganda pa rin ba pakinggan?

it's up to you naman kung anong maganda ang tunog eh. pero before i had a sub installed, kontento nako sa 6x9s ko that provide bass. pero now that i have a sub, nabibitin ako sa lows pag sumasakay ako sa kotse na walang sub hehehe
