Why not give it a try. I believe majority ng drivers including me yun ang suspetsa ng cause ng accident. Unbelievable kse talaga yung biglang mag wild yung makina ng walang contact.

What I don't get is, kung akala nila ay brake pedal yung accelerator, ganun ba talaga sila kabigat mag hit ng brake pedal? Floored?

Iba ang tigas ng brake pedal sa accelerator. Accelerator has almost no resistance while brake pedal requires steady force to push down. Apply the same force that you use to step on your brake pedal and you will really tend to floor the accelerator.

I remember the footage of the Montero SUA in Robinsons Las Piñas. Car from standstill went reverse full throttle and hit motorcycles parked before slamming onto the wall.

Footage showed the Montero didn't have the brake light on when it was going wild. Only after hitting the wall could you see the red light on. You can conclude the driver was mistakenly depressing the accelerator instead of the brake. Another thing is why can't they replicate the incident using the same vehicle that supposedly SUA'd.

Not surprising in a country where a blind man can get a drivers license.

That could leave us with one conclusion... Most moron drivers in the Philippines who doesn't know their brake pedal from the gas pedal drives a Montero Sport.
This is why the car never appealed to me, it attracts a certain pool of IQ I don't belong to, LOL.
