Mmm... pang competion? Madugo yan. You better make up your mind.... whether you want boom-boom or clarity but there are components out there made for both.

your best bet is to attend a competition and study their system diagrams.

guys, do they still display their diagrams beside their cars.

i have been into car audio since 1992 and yet i am no expert. it is a long and exciting process but you have to understand the basics first.

    wwaaahhhh~

    and baka po OT;
*bago pa lang po ba un Pioneer 7750? un ganun po ba un tinatawag ng HU..?? anyway po meron pa ba po mas maganda pa dito..??*

    pioneer 7750mp:

is it just me, or is pioneer doing an alpine in terms of design?

dont know how much the going rate is right now, pero mas type ko pa rin yung 8650mp. colored OEL pa and 6.5v preout (4v preout lang ang 7750). boing rate for the 8650 is around 24k in banawe.

yung nakita mong nakakabit sa backboard, mga free-air subs yan. mas tipid siya in the sense that you dont have to fabricate a box to enclose your subs. the whole trunk will be your box. pero personally, i like enclosed subs better since you can feel the bass much better and much softer din ang bayo niya.

i will be doing freeair on my backboard because i don't wan't to waste a single cubic inch of space using a box and i really don't want to go through the hassle of having a detachable box.

a few das ago kasi, bimili ako ng bathroom set, as in toilet bowl with the tank, sink and pedestal, and i fit them al in the back of my galant. i was sooooo happy, which is why i don't want to use up any trunk space. kapoy kasi maghiram ng suv or pickup sa parents ko.

back to the main topic...... there is no such thing as a plug and play car audio setup na competition quality. some experts beleive that your equipment is only about 30% of the equation, installation and tuning is the major factor to determine either SPL or SQ.
