Casa will always recommend the most expensive part. Coupler cost vs steering column. Obvious masyado lol.

I have the same problem, do anybody have an idea kung san pwede natin ipagawa yan mga ka tsikot?

Usually casa po. Pero pwede ka mag search sa internet. Meron downloadable TSB pertaining to replacement of steering flexible coupling.

hi guys, may nakaexperience na ba sa inyo yung biglang nawawala ung busina? Sa akin madalas mangyari nawawala bigla ung busina pag medyo mabilis ang speed about 100kph then eventually babalik din. Medyo delikado kasi sa time na kailangan bumusina ayaw gumana

Check all connections. Baka may nag lo-loose lang.

Common problem ang flexible coupling problem ng mdps sa elantra. Mura lang ang rubber flex coupling pero mahal ang labor charge sa casa kaya abot 1k plus ang babayaran. Pwede DIY, download lang ng TSB available sa internet elantra MD.

after 5 years lumalabas na sakit ng elantra...steering coupling and aircon blower..all them have scheduled to be replaced...any ideas whats next? Still sarap pa din ng hatak ng engine eventhough already 120k ang natatakbo

after 5 years lumalabas na sakit ng elantra...steering coupling and aircon blower..all them have scheduled to be replaced...any ideas whats next? Still sarap pa din ng hatak ng engine eventhough already 120k ang natatakbo

thats why i change cars every 5 years eh...

pinalitan ng hyundai ang steering coupler ko for free, tapos meron sound na maingay kapag dumadaan sa malubak, stabilizer (sway bar?) link daw tapos alignment scheduled sa 60k PMS ko... free lahat wala ako binayad dahil covered "daw" ng warranty.

Hi carguy101. Curious lang sang CASA/branch yan? No hassle at all in claiming the warranty? I also need to have coupler replaced. I havent done my PMS at the CASA the past 6 months though so not sure if they will honor.
