October 19th, 2015 01:31 PM #2211Walang masama owning several vehicles. I personally own a first gen dmax. Bulletproof daw according to the salesman. And proven isuzu durability.
Sa totoo lang. Wala pang 6 years, leaking na sa fuel tank. And isuzu casa service fee is twice that of the Mitsubishi and Toyota. Kahit change oil lang. Suspension parts deformed after 3 yrs. We removed the leaf spring and examined.

October 19th, 2015 02:08 PM #2212Sorry if I did end up sounding like a salesman. I would gladly take criticism that has valid points, but your claims against Isuzu do not warrant enough consideration. But mind you, I am a medical doctor. If that is not obvious enough from my username...
What year model was your D-Max? Well, I have personally have no idea what your truck goes through, but I have several neighbours who also own Isuzu vehicles which are more than ten years old. One of the trucks is already 20 years old or more. They say the only times it goes to the casa is for regular maintenance, change oil, filters, etc. Several parts of any vehicle will need replacement after a certain amount of time, so I see no point in your argument there. It is part of the ownership experience. You are the first case I have heard of that actually complains about such problems. You will have much more problems in other brands, and I am sure you already know that.
Perhaps the question now is do you actually take good care of your vehicles? This includes both regular maintenance AND actually being careful when on the road. Or do you think it can conquer any road bumps and simply wait for problems to appear before deciding to have it brought to the casa (aside from regular maintenance, of course)? That leaking tank might have been caused by a bad bump that was left as is and assumed as fine. Not even the most reliable of cars will last if it is not cared for properly, as with anything.

October 19th, 2015 02:16 PM #2213Top choice ko parin isuzu when it comes to diesel engines if i bash isuzu im not bashing them in general my only complain is they are not competitive enough here in the philippines parang ginawa lang nila tayo ng tambakan ng basura nila. I know we have dirty fuel here in the philippines pero hindi yan rason na hindi nila magagawan ng paraan para dalhin yan diba number 1 ang isuzu when it comes to diesel? bakit hindi nila gawan ng paraan kahit sa top of the line d-max at top of the line MU-x nalang nila ikabit ung 3.0 VGS or the upcoming 2.5 twin turbo. Buying an isuzu product here in the phil is like buying and Iphone 6s with a specs of Iphone5. Im not an isuzu hater im jst stating facts.

October 19th, 2015 02:55 PM #2214We know all the facts and we weigh all the pros and cons, at the end of the day, we bought the vehicle with our own money which we deemed adequate fir our needs and intended use. But for you to say that maraming uto uto ang bumibili ng isuzu, medyo matabil dila mo brod. Bakla ka ba? Bakit di mo pa tumbukin gusto mong sabihin me mga pa top choice top choice ka pa.

October 19th, 2015 03:42 PM #2215Look, it is as simple as this. Isuzu caters to the needs of a select audience. They do not aim to please everyone. This is how some businesses go. If you do not like their offerings, simply do not buy their products and just look elsewhere. You are only causing stress to yourself with all your ranting. Heck, if you dare even bash Isuzu Philippines this much, why not try to import one from abroad to get the specs you want and end your misery? Buy gray market and stop complaining. It will be good for your own sake. Those who buy from Isuzu are those who are content and think it is best for their needs.
Here we go again with the power figures. Look, the figures generated by the older engines are already ample by Philippine standards, so there is no reason to get those high output ones. We are already reported to have the worst traffic in the world, and you still desire for more power? What in the world is going over there in your mind? Now you may say that it is better to have it than not. But really, that does not fully justify the lack of it in the Philippine market.

October 19th, 2015 08:37 PM #2219You are ruining BOTH the D-Max and MU-X threads. I ask you now, please stop it with your nonsense already! You had all the chances in the world to state your problem in a civilised manner, but you utterly failed to do so and even resorted to ad hominem. What would you expect from the reactions of the other people in the forum? Obviously, unpleasant responses as well. If you want to be respected, do the same unto others. If I were a forum moderator, you and all your other possible accounts would have been banned long ago.
