AFAIK

All TEs ng LGUs confiscate DLs ng violators. Kaya hassle kung dayo/napadaan ka lang tapos weekend pa.

If this is true, then they are just proliferating corruption and encouraging TEs to apprehend even non-violators. It should be repelled.

Ano n kya nangyari doon sa balita na hindi na MMDA ang manghuhuli kundi magmamando n lng sila s traffic. Un HPG n lng daw ang dapat nanghuhuli.
