Mura na po sir but have the a/c checked muna so you'll know the cost in getting it back in condition before buying it. Baka kasi palitin na din compressor and othe major parts.

If all major parts like compressor, cooling coil My estimate is around 25k on the a/c alone to get it running. And to think that you have to at least consider the repairs you need on everything else like suspension,brakes,engine,tires etc. if you could bring along a mechanic and a/c technician to give you and estimate it's better.

A 2004 gx normally sells about 160k with normal condition. That's 40k cheaper there for repairs. Aside from the car itself best to check out the papers first if it's clean before anything else. Back check with Lto if there's any legal problem saka kung may alarm na carnap yan. Just to be safe

Are you sure only 25k? Nissan a/c is Calsonic, the best & most expensive. I wouldn't recommend a recon compressor for him. Best to ask for price of a new compressor.

Not sure of the actual price coz i haven't bought one yet. Our 98 sentra still has the original compressor and is just recently acting up. But i asked an a/c tech a year ago and said about 14k for the compressor brand new. It's still best to get a a/c technician and let him give you an estimate as also a mechanic which i recommended for sir reirocel to do in my last post.

At that age sir I won't recommend a a/t unless you really need one. Just be ready to spend in case the tranny fails on you. Better get the gx as it's a manual and years newer than the series4. Just consider the condition of the car before you purchase and the papers sir.
