That could be my post. When I was still using XCS, there was always the rattling tappet sound especially when going up hill. Changed to Shell 95 and the noise is gone. Still using XCS on my livina with no issue at all.

* dreamur, yes it was your post. I am also using XCS on my APV with no problem as well (from Xtra) pero sa Jimny meron talaga with how you exactly described it. Medyo malayo kse sa akin ang Shell kaya napilitan ako sa mas mahal na Blaze pero gumanda tunog ng makina at hatak. Test ko muna mga 3 months tuloy tuloy.

I asked Suzuki Commonwealth kung pwede ba ang Blaze sa Jimny, kung wala bang negative effect in the long run, sabi nila best daw ang Blaze. Either true yun or wala rin silang alam :-).

Sir share ko lang my Jimny on 235/75/R15 MT tires pasok naman tho i need to put coil lifters ang very minor fender lining mods para di sumayad on turns. So far ok naman byahe agad sa NLEX to check kung may nginig at 80kph ... wala naman maybe dahil pina wheel balance ko agad nung kinabit yung new tires.

Yan na yung pinakamaliit na couragia mt na available sir? Can you post photos of the mods i.e. coil lift at sa fenders? Kaya pa magflex o sayad na? Tnx!
