Hello mga sir, im planning to buy a new car and im torn between jazz and city, ano po ba mga pros and cons ng 2014 jazz?

honda city e if you don't care about the added features
honda jazz vx if you want most of the features except the side and curtain airbags (this is my choice)
check hondaphil website meron sila promo low all-in and low monthly

February 20th, 2015 12:02 AM #1225Your concern is all about the ground clearance of a vehicle. Both city and jazz have both GC in our market, same with other brand, because it is applicable in our road conditions comparing it to the country you mentioned. What you may consider now is what suit your preference in a car. A sedan, a mid-size sedan or a sub compact sedan? If you truly prioritize the height of ground clearance in a vehicle because your driveway is steep, then try considering to look at some AUV or SUV which have a greater ground clearance. Like a CR-V, Adventure, and the like.

Thanks for the input sir rodetor, ground clerance is just one of my concerns...I got confused about your comment 'Both city and jazz have both GC in our market, same with other brand, because it is applicable in our road conditions comparing it to the country you mentioned'...pardon me but I don't get it sir, I know that both city and jazz have ground clearance for sure but what I'm asking po is the difference of ground clearance if there's any? Because as per honda ph site...both city and jazz have 150mm ground clearance while here in malaysia po jazz has 135mm while city has 165mm (as per the specs sheet na nakita ko dito)...just confirming which is correct.
I like both city and jazz po, im just weighing the pros and cons between the two. Bnew SUV are beyond my budget po so im not considering them for now, while AUV is not my type :-). I'm pretty sure that I will be getting either city or jazz...i just need to make up my mind which is suitable for me. My previous car is a sedan...so I really want to try hatch this time sana..and I really like to looks of the new jazz but im also hesitant about the limited trunk space of jazz. Thanks.

If you need a bigger trunk space, then city. If not, then jazz. Malaki-laki din ang trunk ng jazz even though its a hatch.

If in doubt, get the one you can afford. For the majority, there will always be a better or nicer car than what you currently own.

Sir Walter, actually pasok naman po sa budget ko pareho...I will just get the E CVT sa city and V CVT sa jazz, I'm already satisfied with what these two variants have. Kung sa looks lang I think ill go for jazz, but naiisip ko lang (1) yung rear seat ng jazz na parang dito ko din ata nabasa na di daw comfy yung gitna dahil masyado nakaangat and another thing is (2) yung ground clearance ng jazz...not sure kung mas mababa gc ng jazz compare sa city...gusto ko lang malaman kung sayarin ba jazz compare sa city. I think I can already decide once masagot yung 2 questions ko. Maraming salamat po!
