    I inquired with my SA and she confirmed the estimated 2% to 3% price increase starting Nov 1. I already made reservation last August but was still undecided between Jazz or City so my SA was still waiting for my final decision. My loan is still in process and woud probably need at least 2 more weeks to be completed so I asked my SA if she could exclude me from the price increase. She said she can do it as long as I have decided which unit to take. So for those who plan to get Jazz or City they should reserve a unit now to avoid the price increase

    Nakaka-worry naman yung additional 3% increase. Pwede ng pambili ng accessories yun.

    Di kaya marketing strategy lang, magtaas sila ng price pero magbibigay ng discount.

    Discount din ang word na nagpapasaya sa tao specially xmas season.
