January 31st, 2014 04:38 PM #92I hope it's just dirty fuel or loose gas cap. I'll be home later to check it out.

January 31st, 2014 07:20 PM #93Well..fuel cap is on tight so that's not it.
I feel the engine not running very smoothly with the rpm fluctuating about 200 rpm up and down. There's also cyclic sound coming from the engine bay, like something is out of sync.
I'll drive it to Mazda Alabang (instead of Greenhills) on Monday to get it checked out.

Nabahayan daw ng daga and damaged one of wirings to the injectors. Total price quote to repair is 29k and change. Parts alone will be 22k daw. I'm trying to now source and maybe get it fixed somewhere else. Looking online, the same part goes for around 220usd in the US.

February 3rd, 2014 05:25 PM #98Why not try an auto electrician to mend the wires first if the damage isn't to severe.

Are you convinced nabahayan nga ng daga? Meron bang evidence na pinakita sa yo na binahayan nga ng daga? I just wonder how it could happen.
Until I see evidence, I will not just believe that diagnosis? What if loose wiring lang or damaged due to some other reason?
Can you please share what you've seen, in case some others will experience the same. Better if you have pictures.
Hope you can get it fixed at lower cost.
