    Yup released na 13th month and yes ubos na rin - kinuha ni mrs. Looking forward to the stock purchase plan proceeds and VL/SL conversion. For those who are corporate slaves, do you have the option to convert the unused portion of your VL/SL to cash?

    afaik VL/SL are convertible to cash pero hindi transferable sa susunod na taon.

    Nope. SL forfeited. Max of 10 VLs ang pwede i-carry over pero they expire in 6 months. In other words kelangan gamitin. Sayang din 20/20 ko.

    Nope. We need to use up all our VL and SL

    I see. It is something na rin kahit part of it is taxable. I like the stock purchase plan option that my company is offering. It is similar to a forced saving (salary deduction) for 6 months and a guaranteed return of 15% (12% after tax) or more, depending on the market price. Makes life as a corporate slave palatable

    SL is convertible to cash, if unused, as stated sa labor code. However, yun VL is hindi. Yun ibang company, yun unused VL ay nicacarry over. Yun iba, reset na pagpasok ng new year. SL is automatic na nirereset.

    Dati naconvert ko sick days ko pero we need to use all our VLs up.

    Naalala ko dati sa previous company ko before ako pumunta dito, may 13th at 14th month bonus na, may clothing allowance pa kame at profit share.

    Kundi lang ako makikipag sapalaran sa ibang bansa hindi ako aalis dun eh

    PS4 can wait in the spring 2014 right?
