    Pootrageez na mga ASBUwaya 'yan!!!

    Ang trabaho nila ay hulihin ang mga sasakyan (gas or diesel) na makikita nilang Smoke Belching...

    Pero ang ginagawa nila, hinuhuli lahat ng mga diesel na sasakyan na hindi naman
    Smoke Belching, at saka nila pipiliting bumuga ng usok!!! Mga OGAGS talaga!!! :mad:

    I thinks it's a wise move and should be fine to video the process because anyway it is your car.
    I will certainly do this if they flagged me down for smoke belching test.

    Attn. Zamboanga city badly needed the the expertise of makati city's ASBUwaya,all military APC to be test due to smoke belching,or better yet they stay there for good ,para matest din nila mga sasakyan gamit ng MNLF,MILF!BMFF,at yun distant cousins nila na ABU SAYAFF

    does anyone have a copy of the raison de etre of makati's ASBUs? exactly what are their mission orders?
    because if my information is correct, in the LTO's, only vehicles that are visibly belching out smoke, may be flagged down..
