Ridgid 12Gal Wet and Dry Vac
Pressure Washer (at least 100 Bar) like Karcher.
Set of screw drivers, electric.
A new toilet bowl with hidden water closet.

Farm, at least 10 hectares, to plant mahogany, by next year at the latest. Saving process in progress.

A ford ranger 3.2 wildtrack for going to the farm (wish ko lang). Pag ok ang road kahit hindi na as i can use my existing vehicles.

A m2 carbine for security and a .22 magnum bolt action or .17 hmr semi-auto rifle for plinking at the farm. The carbine is a necessity for me if i will be spending nights there (and in will). I can have it licensed kasi, pag m16 mahirap pa-license.

A small surplus japan tractor with a pto or hydraulics para kabitan ko ng rotary digger. Makes digging 25,000 holes a lot easier.
