mali yung kabit ng sa kanya or sira sensor nya. depende sa model and engine ng lancer itlog, may sensor yan AFTER the filter (MAF sensor) or IN the intake manifold (MAP sensor).
fyi, yung tube + air filter pareho kinakabit. "short ram intake" ang tawag, google na lang more pics / info.
pag MAP sensor type, tube at filter lang. pag MAF sensor type, kailangan pa ng additional adapter sa may pagitan ng filter at tube.

February 17th, 2013 12:24 AM #1787Kilala po ang SANDEN na brand and ang alam ko ay iyan ang karaniwan sa mga L300. Downside lang po nya ay stockup kung may leak ung system mo at nagkulang ung oil. Upside is maraming pyesa.
Hindi po pwede salpak nlng ng compressor kung hindi well calculated ang compression para sa system. <<---just a thought.

yes i know kilala syang replacement compressor (and other a/c parts), does the job well. pero performance-wise, mas maganda pa rin ang mitair. (di gaano malamig a/c ng L300 lalo na pag tirik araw hehe.) pero mga half lang price ng sanden compressor vs mitair.
kahit anong compressor din naman, masama pag mawalan/masobrahan ng oil pati mali ang pressure
masyado malakas yan, talo pa SUV. replace the fuel filter and sparkplugs, change oil, baka matagal na di napapalitan. also, baka kailangan na ng overhaul para maadjust ang valve clearance (done every around 80-100k kms). indication nito, maingay takatak ng makina or mausok (white or black).
also, dont expect na titipid gas consumption nyo kung magpapalit kayo open (racing) filter.

February 18th, 2013 02:04 AM #1789Pa-compression test mo engine mo para malaman kung may leak ang cylinders at mga valves. Then, hanap ka ng mechanic na may Timing Lamp para pag check kung tama ang Timing ng Engine.
Ano pala kotse mo. Carb type ba? Kung carb type ay pwede kita offer ng Multiple Spark CDIS ko. Sariling design ko ito at nakakabit ngayun sa Lancer EL 96 4g13 engine. Magulat ka sa lakas ng engine pag naikabit ito. Para kang naka 4G15 sa lakas ng hatak ng engine. Wala ng delay pag arangkada.
Baka next month pa ako mag mas produce.
